After upgrading to Windows 10 Pro, I was looking at the Dell Drivers page, but I only see Realtek Audio drivers, but no Sound Blaster drivers. Does that mean there's no Sound Blaster driver for Windows 10 on Alienware 13 R1? Or there's just no driver for Sound Blaster at all in the first place? For Windows 10? Select the enable option 5. We understand that the audio plays through laptop alienaare and headphones simultaneously on your Windows 10 system. Here's what I finally ended up having to do: Right click the speaker icon on the bottom right part of the taskbar.

I'm currently using Alienware M14x R I tried method 1 and it did not change anything. When I plug sond the headphones, the sound comes from the speakers AND the headphones.

I have attempted to uninstall the Recon3Di and associated drivers. How satisfied are you with this response? I checked the jacks and there is nothing physically wrong with them, the laptop just has no idea that there are jacks available.
